How to Assess Your Healthy Fitness Zone

Having a good understanding of your body composition will help you determine if you are in a Healthy Fitness Zone. There are several factors to consider, including your Body mass index and Aerobic capacity. Then, you should use these measurements to set goals for yourself. One-mile run
